Hanna takes special interest in the treatment of acute dysfunctions along with management for chronic conditions.
Throughout her time as an intern therapist, she worked with a wide variety of patients which included: patients who sustained spinal cord injuries; those who were diagnosed with cancer, both active and in remission; patients who had systemic or neurological disorders such as Parkinson’s or Fibromyalgia; patients who suffer from anxiety and other mental health concerns; and last but never least, patients who’s ‘upper back, neck and shoulders’ created daily aches and pains for them.
Hanna believes in supporting her patients’ health by creating recovery strategies, using positive and encouraging language with education which then allows her patients to take control of their own recovery by giving them tools for long-term success.
She strongly believes that movement and mindset both add equal value to recovery and her role as a therapist is to aid in building the foundation for both.
In her downtime, Hanna enjoys spending time with her dog, Dash, staying physically active with resistance training, and enjoying a cup of tea with a good book!
