Virginia Keyton, RMT

Virginia is a graduate of Vancouver College of Massage Therapy. A new transplant to the Oceanside area, she is a mom of 3 grown kids with a passion for lifelong learning, hiking, travel, cooking, and spending time with loved ones.

Having recovered from various injuries herself over a lifetime, Virginia knows the important role massage, mobility, and self-care play in recovery, maintenance, and injury prevention.

Her empathetic, therapeutic approach uses Swedish, passive and active stretch techniques, along with mobility education to encourage pain-free and functional movement and help clients reach their goals.
